Part
of the installation at the Show n Tell gallery was a wine tasting
featuring thunderbird wine, a favorite of street people for its high
level of alcohol and low price. More bang for your buck. Only about 6 or 7 bottles were
consumed at the opening. That was after all the beer ran out.
Thunderbird is an acquired taste savored at street level.

One
installed work was The Can Crusher.
about 85 lbs. of steel on a pulley system. Gold miller draft beer
was served in the can at the show. Viewers could crush the cans
and stack them . They resembled gold coins. The income or currency

Wino
Carriage.
This
"carriage" was designed to transport one who could no longer
walk . It had a handle which was very difficult to hold and the
entire process of caring for someone drunk was cumbersome. Just as
in "real life".
